Anshu is currently a medical student at Brown University's Alpert Medical School. As one of the founders of WaterWalla, he's had a deep commitment to social enterprise since his youth. Anshu grew up in Racho Palos Verdes, California. In addition to India, Anshu has worked in Sierra Leone on setting up health clinics for rural populations.
Neil is the co-founder and COO of Casper, an e-commerce company which is changing the way people sleep. During his time as a student at Brown he was Class President, helped change the way marketing information was shared internally at CVS/Caremark, earned 5 patents in robotics from NASA, and had the great fortune of starting WaterWalla with his best friends.
Aamer co-founded WaterWalla and leads operations in India. He has engaged and supported social entrepreneurs around the country while working with Mahindra Spark the Rise, and he is developing water services for Mumbai's slums with Suez Environnement and the municipal corporation.
Soaib, a social entrepreneur at heart, co-founded WaterWalla to investigate how design can influence the way social enterprise helps people in need. Soaib led WaterWalla's operations in India in 2011 and 2012. He can currently be found in different parts of India working on problems related to industrial & systems design.
Rayna is currently a consultant with McKinsey and Company in New York, where she has worked across the health care value chain- from pharmaceutical companies to major global health donors. Having studied Political Science at Brown, with an emphasis on international political economy, she is deeply interested in how access to healthcare facilitates economic growth and development.
